At JPMorgan Chase, I design experiences that help teams prepare for unexpected disruptions, from fraud to application outages. I focus on simplifying complex workflows, improving collaboration, and creating clarity across a large-scale enterprise platform.
Before that, I worked on consumer features at Pinterest, where I helped boost engagement, retention, and trust. I designed notification reminders, AI/ML-powered translation experiences, and brought the Reports & Violations Center to mobile.
