I’m currently streamlining an enterprise tool that helps teams at JPMorgan Chase plan, test, and recover from operational risks and disruptions (e.g. fraud, branch outages, and natural disasters).
Prior to JPMorgan Chase, I designed several consumer features for the Pinterest app to boost retention, engagement, and trust including notification reminders, AI/ML-powered Pin translations, and the mobile expansion of the Reports and Violations Center.
